What kinds of events can I list?
Wrestling Agent is built for club, travel and offseason events, including dual tournaments. In-season school wrestling has its own rules and rosters, so we stay out of it.
What does it cost?
Most of Wrestling Agent is free right now, and paid plans start with a 6-month free trial. Some directors charge a small per-wrestler tournament fee for events run through Wrestling Agent. When one applies, families see it as its own line, named for your event, before they pay. Full details are on the pricing page.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed by Stripe and held by Wrestling Agent until the team's tournament entry is confirmed. If an entry is never confirmed, the family gets a full refund automatically, service fee included.
What does the Verified badge mean for my event?
An admin or the tournament's organizer checks the event's dates, divisions and fees against the organizer's own page. Unverified events show a notice instead of made-up details. We never invent dates, weights or fees. How verification works.
How do I get director access?
Request access, then find your organizer or tell us about a new one. Our team reviews organizer claims. If your organizer already has an owner, co-director requests go to them.
Can I keep my current registration process?
